With super swishy full skirt, a wide neckline with a keyhole feature and tie. The tie can be left undone for a deeper v-neck or off the shoulder. Made with our usual dreamy soft rayon fabric in black with soft, wide sleeves, with ladder lace detail on the seam before a moderate frill that sits at approximately elbow length. There is an elastic waistband, slightly wider and softer than the red long sleeve style (and no drawstring). There are pockets on both sides and two tiers with tiny frills in the super swishy skirt .
